perfect for wading

I went wading in this clear cold spring fed stream. It was delicious!

Riding a caraboa

One day on an outing in the Philippines, we saw a farmer working his hillside farm. We asked him if we could have a ride on his carabao and he was willing. So I got to go for a ride on a water buffalo. Great memory!

A visit to Rockbridge Trout Ranch in Missouri

David and I recently went on a trip to Rockbridge Missouri with Michelle, Ethan, Caroline, Holly, and Isaac. It was lots of fun and a real treat. The weather was hot, but the spring fed creek was amazing.

Quote I like!

family

The time sure passes fast, and then I realize that I haven't posted anything in a LONG time. I need to add a couple of pictures. Here is one of Caroline, Holly, and Isaac (my youngest grandchild), and one of Lucy sleeping in fallen leaves.

Here is a great video Ryan made of the clean up after Cara and Eric's wedding. It is fun. I see more funny stuff everytime I watch it. I really love catching sight of my granddaughters running all over!

We just got some great pictures from Matt. These are taken in Santa Maria Brazil and Palmeira Brazil

I was able to take Cara and Eric's engagement pictures at the end of March. We woke up to a winter wonderland so we took the pictures in the snow. I think they turned out great! Here is the one we picked to go with the Wedding invitations.

Easter 2010

We enjoyed spending Easter with our precious granddaughters. They were so beautiful in their pretty blue Easter dresses.

We just got back from the Hartford Christmas Parade. It's been awhile since we had any of our kids marching in the parade, but this year Cara marched with her 2nd grade class. They danced the Charleston to the tune of "Santa Claus is Coming to Town". So here are some pictures of the flapper and her class.
